Call for Pilot Companies — “AI-IoT for Productive Enterprises” Project

The National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC) is implementing the “AI-IoT for Productive Enterprises” project, which aims to strengthen the digital transformation and productivity of Mauritian enterprises through the deployment of Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The NPCC invites eligible manufacturing companies to submit an Expression of Interest to be selected as one of ten (10) pilot enterprises to benefit from this project.

Project Benefits

• Diagnostic assessment of production processes and digital readiness.
• Deployment of IoT sensors and AI-enabled monitoring/analytics on selected production lines.
• Technical guidance and hands-on implementation support from NPCC and project partners.
• Capacity building for management and production staff on the use of the deployed solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Registered and operating in Mauritius as a manufacturing enterprise.
• Has an active production process suitable for IoT sensor deployment.
• Management commits to active participation, staff availability and site access for the project duration.

How to Apply

Interested companies should submit a brief company profile, a short description of the proposed production process, a signed letter of management commitment, and proof of business registration.

SMEs are strongly encouraged to apply.

The NPCC reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to close this call once the required number of suitable pilot companies has been identified. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection.
