POSITION
DESCRIPTION
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICER – Enterprise Go Digital Project.
1) Objective of the Role
The role of the incumbent is to provide support for the smooth implementation of the Enterprise Go Digital project (EGD) from the onboarding process to the successful implementation of the different modules on the EGD platform.
2) About Enterprise Go Digital project
Enterprise Go Digital
is a project spearheaded by the NPCC to provide digital solutions to MSMEs
including mid-size enterprises. It is a one stop shop for enterprises to manage
their end-to-end processes.
3) Main Tasks and Duties
· To capture client requirements, understand their business processes and support the building of business requirement documents.
· To capture and document business cases, issues, user stories, acceptance criteria, metrics, functional and non-functional requirements.
· To support onsite intervention in enterprises and facilitate the onboarding process on the Enterprise Go Digital platform.

To provide application
support to enterprises as and when needed.
· To work closely with business leads, end users, development team, quality assurance team, NPCC project team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication and implementation of the enterprise go digital project and such other cognate duties as may be assigned
4) Requirements
4.1 Qualifications
· Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields.
4.2 Experience
· One-year relevant proven working experience

6) Terms and Conditions
The incumbent may be expected from time to time to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays, and to undertake duties outside the scope of the position description but relevant to the operations of the NPCC and that will enhance the organisation’s ability to meet its objectives.
The post will be on a 12-month contract with possibility of renewal based on performance.
Monthly Basic Salary – Rs26, 640 plus compensation
Travelling – Refund of bus fares
Leaves – as per regulations in force.
Candidates should not be more than 45 years of
age by the closing date for submission of applications.
