Creativity and Design Thinking
Discover how to think outside the box and bring your ideas to life with practical, hands-on techniques.

This dynamic course introduces children to the exciting world of design thinking. Through interactive workshops and group projects, they will explore how to solve real-world problems creatively. This fun, engaging environment encourages collaboration and imaginative thinking.

The workshop focuses on experiential learning, allowing children to learn by doing. They work in teams to explore ideas, create prototypes and test their solutions through engaging activities. This hands-on approach encourages curiosity and builds confidence in their abilities.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
• Understand the stages of the design thinking process
• Use empathy to identify the needs of others
• Generate and refine ideas through brainstorming
• Create simple prototypes and participate in user testing
• Work effectively in teams to solve problems

Leadership for Teens
Build confidence, communication and leadership skills to inspire those around you and lead with purpose.

The Leadership for Teens workshop is a highly interactive, two-day course designed for students aged 13 to 18. The programme emphasizes a “learning by doing” methodology.

Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
• Understand the definition of leadership and its importance
• Explore different leadership styles
• Assess their personal leadership strengths and areas for growth
• Learn effective communication strategies
• Understand the role of communication in teamwork
• Develop strategies for facilitating group communication and decision-making

Creative 5S
Learn the Japanese method of organising and optimising your environment in fun and innovative ways.

The workshop aims at inculcating participants with the 5S Principles (5S—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain) and their practical applications in everyday life. They will also be introduced to Kaizen concepts that will help them grasp the concept of continuous improvement and how small, incremental changes can lead to significant enhancements in
their lives.

Learning Outcomes
• Enhanced Organizational Skills: Participants will effectively apply 5S principles in their daily
lives.
• Embracing a Kaizen Mindset: Participants will adopt a continuous improvement mindset,
making regular small changes to enhance their surroundings.
• Creative Project Completion: Each participant will design a personalized action plan or DIY
project focused on improving a specific area at home.
• Strengthened Teamwork Skills: Participants will engage in collaborative problem-solving,
fostering social development and enhancing their ability to work as a team.
• Increased Confidence in Public Speaking: Participants will build confidence in presenting their
projects and ideas to peers, enhancing their communication skills.
