National Leadership Engine 2020 Convention

We are pleased to invite you to join us for the National Leadership Engine (NLE) 2020 Convention.  The ceremony will be graced by the 
Honourable Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius.

Following the success of NLE 2019, the edition for 2020 has once again been organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation. The main objective of the NLE is to develop a leadership pipeline to achieve higher productivity and better living for the nation.  The NLE 2020 Convention is the last phase of the NLE project aimed at celebrating the achievements of more than 300 young leaders, following the successful completion of their training in leadership and project implementation at community level.

The NLE has been an opportunity to develop leadership potential among the youth. The Convention will showcase projects implemented by NLE participants. On this occasion, they will be awarded prizes, trophies, and certificates based on their achievements.
